Behind the book
Green Book is an informative and promotional material created by the Guatemalan National Coffee Association (Anacafé) to promote Guatemalan Coffees. This material is focused on the environmental benefits of growing coffee under shade, the way that most of Guatemalan Coffees are cultivated.
